RHO Starts Home in the Covenant of Rancho Santa Fe

San Diego, CA September 12, 2006 - R.H. O'Malley, Inc. announced today the groundbreaking on a 11,000 sq. ft. custom home on the golf course in the Covenant of Rancho Santa Fe. This will be the second custom home built by RHO for clients Don and Rosemarie Houston. The home will feature extensive subterranean space that will also
include an eight car garage.

"My husband and I were extremely pleased with the outcome of the first home built for us by RHO and at this point I can't imagine using another builder," stated Rosemarie Houston, owner of Bon Bon's home and garden store in Solana Beach. "We are also in the planning stages to build two more homes for investment in the Crosby Estates at Rancho Santa Fe and will be using the services of RHO there as well."
