Matthew O'Malley
President

Matt began his career in construction over twenty-five years ago building foundations for high end custom homes in Hollywood and Pacific Palisades. His considerable mechanical and engineering skills quickly gained him the opportunity to move into other aspects of homebuilding. Although Matt is largely responsible for the internal operations of the company, he is also a hands-on manager who is often on the jobsite using his experience to ensure the company construction standards are maintained.

Mark O'Malley
Chief Operating Officer

Mark also began his construction career in the high end custom home business, providing custom beams and finishes for homes in Santa Monica and Hidden Hills. His designer's eye helped him migrate into all aspects of finish work, including hardwood flooring. He is responsible for the external operations of RHO and can be found coordinating the activities on our jobsites every day. Mark is also our main client contact and is very skilled at being the liaison between the client, architect, and subcontractors.

Alicia O'Malley
Office Manager

Alicia has been managing the office and accounting functions for RHO since 1996. She has a wealth of experience working with lenders for construction fund control and coordinating with sub-contractors, vendors and clients. Her prior experience included working in Human Resources for a national HVAC firm and in the travel industry, where her bilingual skills were put to good use. She is also well known for her uncanny ability to multi-task.

Adrian Gomez
Project Manager

Adrian began working in the construction business at age fourteen (when not in school) for Gomez Construction, his father's firm. The company built custom beachfront homes from Rosarito to Ensenada, mostly for Americans. By the time Adrian was eighteen he was running his own construction crews and was well-versed in all phases of homebuilding. Adrian joined RHO in 1996 and his extensive construction knowledge and attention to detail - as well as his fluency in both English and Spanish - makes him a key member of our operations team.
